Questions buyers ask

What does a trade enquiry cost a buyer?

Nothing. Sending an enquiry is free, and so is being introduced. Any price you agree is between you and the producer.

Who sees my company name and contact details?

We do, and then only producers who say they can supply what you asked for. Producers first see what you want without your name. Your details are released to a producer only when that producer says yes, and we keep a record of who received them.

How soon will I hear back?

A person reads every enquiry, usually within two working days. Producers who accept agree to contact you within two working days of accepting.

What if no producer in Citrusdal can supply it?

We tell you so, and your details are not passed to anyone.
