Tell the town what is happening. It is free, there is no account to make, and a photo of your poster is all the design work you need. A person reads it before it goes up, usually within a day or two.
Optional, but a board full of posters is the whole point. A phone photo of a printed poster works well. For a PDF, send a screenshot of it.
